Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, for all memberships we offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase if you have not listed a Late Payer on the platform.
Your Late Payer can pay you by any of your preferred payment methods. They are also, able to pay you online directly via our secure payment gateway. They do this via the PayNow button in the emails that we send on your behalf. You have the option of activating this additional service after joining up as a member. A 5% collection fee is charged on all invoices paid via this method.

Note that debts which are disputed by a Late Payer where there is an arguable lawful reason for non-payment are not eligible for listing on Our Website in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Evidence that a debt is not rightfully owed to you may also result in removal of a listing.
Yes, they can. The number of times a Late Payer is listed is noted in the Search Results. As the Late Payer pays each debt, the number of the Search Results reduces.
