Check the National Late Payers List before you sign up a new customer and let them build up debt.
Make other businesses aware of Late Payers slow payment practices.
Check the list of Creditors Statutory Demands.
As soon as you join and register your late payer with our 3 easy steps, we go into action. Here’s what happens next:
Your Late Payer is notified by email that they have 7 days to pay (or to agree arrangements to pay) before they risk having their details made public on the National Late Payer List.
Two reminder emails and a text message are sent during those 7 days. This ensures every effort is made to advise the Late Payer that they must pay the invoice.
At the end of the 7 days we email you without delay to check if the outstanding invoice has been paid.
The risk of being listed on the National Late Payer List means most debtors will pay.
If the invoice remains unpaid, you can decide to publish the Late Payer’s details on the National Late Payer List database. If you decide to publish they will be notified.
If it’s a valid debt with valid business information, your Late Payer’s details can be published on the National Late Payer List as part of your fee. Remember, its your decision but we’ll do the work.
